A week of new ways to work with Sabi: 61 updates shipped and 108 customer-reported issues resolved, with Sabi Pro members getting their own team and their own social planner. Here's everything, in plain English.
📊 The Week in Numbers
- 61 updates shipped to production
- 108 support tickets resolved
- One fix cleared a logo problem that had turned away 72 customers' graphics in four and a half days
👥 Sabi Gets a Team (Pro)
- Hire named team members — Pro members can now add team members on the web: Marketing, Ops, Research, Finance, Sales, or one you name yourself with a one-line job. Each has their own chat, their own color, their own recurring work and their own private notes, so your marketing jobs stop sharing one crowded thread with everything else.
- Each member starts with real work — a new member's empty chat offers two recurring jobs to get going with one tap, their routines show at the top of their chat, and a task they run texts you as "From Marketing: …" so you know who it's from. Texts still go to Sabi, who hands the job to the right member.
- Rename, recolor or let someone go — change a member's name, job or color any time. Removing a member hands their recurring work back to Sabi, paused, so nothing runs without you.
📣 Social Posts, Planned for You (Pro)
- The Social planner is open to Pro members — Sabi writes your posts, puts them in a queue and publishes them once you approve. Free members see the Social tab with a lock and can still schedule posts on the task board as before.
- A cleaner queue — the queue shows today and later; past posts sit behind a View history button.
- Nothing goes out with a blank in it — a post that still had a fill-in like "[LINK TO BE ADDED]" went live for one customer. Sabi now holds any post with a placeholder and texts you instead, and she tells you exactly which posts are approved and which are waiting on you.
- Instagram drafts without a photo still land in your queue — add the photo, approve it, and it's ready. Nothing posts until you do.
- Queued posts stop failing after an edit — editing a queued post's caption could quietly break it so it never published, and nobody told you. Edits are checked before they're saved now, and the photo stays attached.
📸 Graphics & Images
- Your real logo, with no box — logos with a solid background used to land on graphics in a box, and Sabi often redrew a generic logo instead of using yours. She now removes the background and uses your actual file, a faded logo behind the words uses your real file too, and the image tool stops painting a fake logo of its own. When she swaps a logo on an existing graphic, the old one is cleared first.
- Words stay inside the picture, at the size you asked for — headlines no longer run off the edges, and "1080 x 1920" means exactly that, not a surprise square.
- No more titles stamped on top of titles — and Sabi no longer tells you a graphic is "clean" when nothing actually checked it.
- Carousels arrive in order — slides used to show up in whatever order they finished. A set now arrives in the order it was planned, and an old cover with another post's words on it stops sneaking back in.
- You get the picture she just made — Sabi sometimes sent an older image, or your original photo, right after making a new one. She now knows exactly which picture is new.
- Big images save to your Library — very large generated images showed in chat but never reached your Library, so "use that image" couldn't find them. They save now.
⏰ Scheduled Tasks & Reminders
- Send a task's results to more than one place — on the Tasks page, choose where each task delivers: your chat, your own Sabi group threads, or a Slack channel Sabi is in, several at once. Sabi asks where results should go when you set one up, and if one place fails, you hear about it in your chat.
- "Here" is an answer — telling Sabi "here" or "my chat" when she asked where a reminder should go used to make her ask again, up to four times. She sets it up right away now.
- Quiet tasks pick up where they left off — a task that runs without texting you forgot its last run, so a calendar copy kept restarting and made duplicates. Each run now continues from the one before, and a question that never reached your phone can't be answered by an unrelated "ok".
- Your saved rules reach every step — a daily content task kept breaking one customer's hard rules, because the helper that picked each morning's topic never saw them. Every part of a task now works from your saved rules.
✉️ Email & Sending
- No double Mailchimp sends — one customer's lists got the same email twice, and a scheduled email went out early. Sabi now checks Mailchimp first: if that audience already got the email, or it's already scheduled, she stops and tells you. Three tickets.
- "Verify who it goes to" is enforced — if you've told Sabi to check recipients, she now holds any email to an address you never gave her, isn't in your contacts and you haven't approved before, and asks you first.
- HighLevel emails send — one customer approved held emails to about 25 contacts and every one failed without reaching anyone. Sabi now catches the problem before the email is held, and when she picks the wrong message type for a one-off email, she's told the right one and sends it on the next try instead of failing eight times in a row.
- HEY summaries read the whole email — Sabi used to summarize from a one-line preview and ask if she should open it. She reads the full email now, in your local time, and answers once.
- Unsubscribe works on the first tap — opting out of our emails worked but landed on a dead page, so it looked like it failed. It now lands on a real confirmation page.
🔌 Connections
- Facebook: posts on any Page you manage — if you run several Pages, Sabi couldn't read, edit or delete posts on any but the first. Fixed. Before posting to a Page she now sends its link and follower count so you can check it's the right one, instead of guessing "that looks like your business page".
- Your personal Facebook profile — Sabi told some customers she couldn't reach their personal profile. She can, through a website sign-in, while Pages go through the Facebook connection.
- HighLevel stops asking you to reconnect for no reason — sub-accounts were being marked disconnected when they weren't, and when one truly needs reconnecting, the app page now names which location.
- Instagram DMs: no guessing — when Instagram hands back an empty inbox, Sabi says she couldn't confirm your messages and points you to the setting to check, instead of saying you have none.
🌐 Website Tasks (Pro)
- Smoother website sign-ins — asking for a sign-in link twice no longer starts over, a new link while a page is open gives you a fresh 15 minutes, Sabi follows a button that opens a new tab, and one site waiting on a sign-in no longer blocks a site you've already signed in to.
- "Sign in with Facebook" finishes — signing in to a site through Facebook used to bounce you back at the last step. Facebook's extra checks (a code, "is this you?") load too.
- Sabi never handles card numbers — she won't ask for, accept or type a credit card or bank number. For a new card she takes you to the site's own billing page so you type it yourself, and a card number pasted into chat is blanked out before it's stored.
💳 Billing & Signing In
- Switch to the Founding Member Special yourself — monthly members can move to it from Billing or the offer page, pay with card, Klarna, Link or Cash App, and keep the month they already paid for: the six months start when that month ends. Members on a gifted plan can buy it too, instead of seeing "offer expired".
- Checkout that doesn't time out on you — tapping the checkout button twice used to cancel the page you were opening. It reuses the same page now, and when a bank payment is blocked, Sabi tells you why.
- Paying members skip the Upgrade page — some Pro members saw the free plan on the Upgrade page and worried their payment hadn't gone through. That page now takes Pro members straight to Billing.
- Sign-in code screen has a way out — the code screen now has Resend code, a way to change your number, and a link to create an account if you don't have one yet.
🎓 Challenge
- The Do More With Less Challenge has a home in the app — challengers get their own Challenge page with the day's video, today's checklist (Sabi ticks off what she can see you do), points, and a week view showing which days are open, live or on replay. Everyone who joins gets their own Day 1 the next morning.
🛡️ Reliability Behind the Scenes
- Missing texts get resent — if your carrier quietly dropped one of Sabi's texts (a morning check-in, say) while later ones arrived, she now sends it again a few minutes later.
- Account deletion finishes — on very large accounts a deletion request could stall partway. It now completes, and your data copy is sent once.
Questions or something not working the way you'd expect? Just tell Sabi — every piece of feedback lands on our board and gets looked at quickly.
