Our biggest week yet, by a wide margin: 138 updates shipped and 111 customer-reported issues resolved, with the Do More With Less Challenge running all week. Here's everything, in plain English.

    📊 The Week in Numbers

    • 138 updates shipped to production
    • 111 support tickets resolved
    • The single largest fix closed 7 tickets at once (adding titles and logos to your photos without redrawing them)

    ✉️ Email

    • Long emails are read to the end — a big alert email (72 property listings, in one customer's case) used to get cut off after the first few items, so "check every property" meant five of them. Sabi now reads every part before she answers.
    • Bulk inbox cleanups finish — clearing thousands of messages ran Sabi out of room, and one customer had to say "keep going" five times in 90 minutes. She now has more room per job and reads inboxes in bigger pages, Gmail, Outlook, AOL, Yahoo and iCloud alike, so multi-message scans and cleanups complete.
    • "Send it" means send it — one customer had to approve the same email three times, because asking an unrelated question in between made Sabi forget the approval. Once she has shown you an email, your go-ahead sends it, and if she edited it for you, your OK sends the new version.
    • Scheduled tasks ask how sends should work — a follow-up item from a daily brief turned into a task that sent seven emails from a customer's Outlook without her OK. Now, if you have an "ask me first" rule, each scheduled task is set up once as "approve every send" or "send without approval", and a task set to approve can't send anything until you OK that exact message.

    📄 Files, Sheets & Docs

    • Excel files open — text one to Sabi or point her at one in Google Drive. She also sees which rows are marked in red or crossed out, so "everyone who isn't redlined" just works, and she can draft the same email to everyone on a list in one go, with no doubles. PDFs and Word files in a Drive folder are read directly too, no converting to Google Docs first. Three tickets.
    • Audio files transcribe everywhere — MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC and audio-only MP4 or MOV files now transcribe from web chat, a Library upload or Google Drive, not only as a text-message attachment. Files up to 25 MB. Three tickets.
    • "Save this to my Library" works — Sabi can now create a new Library document from something she wrote for you, and a long pasted transcript (even a two-hour webinar) is saved word for word.
    • Google Sheets: big builds land and counts are right — a dashboard with thousands of live formulas used to come back empty, a 136-person directory was counted as 132, a two-page PDF directory was read with its columns run together, and a 226-row import ran out of steps. Sabi now fills formula blocks in one go, reads a whole tab at once, takes row numbers straight from Google, reads PDF tables column by column, and checks what actually landed in the sheet before she tells you a count.
    • Google Docs tables, long documents and big Notion databases finish — adding a table to a Doc used to run Sabi out of steps almost half the time, the longest writing jobs got cut off mid-write, and a daily report from a 300-row Notion database came back incomplete. All three complete now.

    🌐 Website Tasks (Pro)

Pro members can send Sabi to work inside websites that have no app connection. This week was about making the sign-in dependable:

    • Sign in yourself, in a live view of the site — when Sabi's secure sign-in page can't get through (Google, Discord or email-first logins on sites like Midjourney and Wix, or a portal that only looks signed in), she now opens the real site in a private browser. You sign in there the normal way, Sabi never sees your password, and she picks the task back up. One customer had received 14 "the sign-in didn't finish" texts in 30 minutes. Three tickets.
    • No more false "you're signed in" — Sabi checks the site before she says so, sends one sign-in page per site, gives a portal on its own subdomain its own link, checks a web address exists before sending a link instead of guessing one, and after you sign in goes straight to the page you landed on rather than the public home page. Sites with unusual sign-ins work too: bible.com (YouVersion) including its Facebook button, and FirstFitness back offices no longer show "this page is blocked".
    • Scheduled website checks run, and one request gets one result — recurring Jobber watches had been failing quietly since the old Jobber app connection was retired; they now run on the website and report back. A job covering two websites used to split into two runs that contradicted each other; it's one job, one answer. And a search that runs out of room texts you what it found so far instead of a bare "too many steps".
    • No surprise sign-in texts — scheduled check-ins that tried to open Sabi's own app pages in a browser were texting customers a sign-in link every day. Stopped.

    📸 Photos & Images

    • Your photo stays your photo — asking for a title, logo or arrow on a photo, or your photo on a poster, slide or billboard, used to make Sabi redraw the whole picture, and faces and buildings came back changed. She now draws the text, logo or arrow on top of your untouched original. Our most repeated creative complaint: this one fix closed seven tickets from seven customers. A follow-up fixed a saved template where the new words were drawn over the old ones instead of replacing them.
    • Ten photos per text, and Dropbox links — iMessage used to read five photos per message and ask you to resend the sixth. It's ten now, same as web chat, and Sabi tells you exactly which ones she skipped if you send more. A Dropbox link to a photo or screenshot now opens for her as the actual image.

    📅 Calendars & Daily Briefings

    • Morning briefings include every event — on busy days the calendar read came back cut short (6 of 23 events, in one case), so scheduled briefings left meetings out. About 48 briefings a week were affected. The read now comes back whole, and multi-event jobs like bulk deadline adds or re-timing a batch of events have room to finish.
    • iCloud edits no longer duplicate on your phone — editing an event made on your iPhone used to create a second copy. Edits now update the original, and its alert and time zone stay as they were.
    • Monday's check-in carries the weekend — Night Shift findings from Saturday and Sunday used to live only in the app. They're in Monday's check-in now. And if you made your own recurring task called "Morning Check-in", it runs your brief, not the standard one.

    🔌 Connections

    • YouTube runs on Sabi's own Google app — Google verified it this week. Reconnect YouTube once and the shared-quota failures (about one in seven YouTube calls) go away.
    • Long lists are read to the end — Mailchimp campaigns (52 of 100), bank transactions (53 of 500) and HighLevel contact counts used to be answered from the first page. Sabi keeps reading until she reaches the end, and nightly HighLevel reports now finish.
    • Zoom connects again — a change early in the week briefly blocked new Zoom connections; fixed the same night. Sabi also stops sending reconnect links for a Zoom permission that reconnecting can't add.
    • Google Tasks shows which account is which — Connections shows the email for each Google Tasks account instead of "Account 1, 2". Reconnect once to pick up the label. Google Photos connects again too, after Google started blocking one permission.
    • Smaller fixes — Blogger can publish a saved draft and read drafts back, and an edit can never blank a post. Follow Up Boss lead lookups work (Sabi said a lead wasn't there when it was). Published LinkedIn posts are no longer second-guessed as "couldn't be confirmed".
    • Research finishes — about one in five research jobs ran out of room, mostly when pages had to be opened in a browser. Sabi now reads a blocked page in the browser in the same step and has twice the room per job.

    💬 Chat & Messaging

    • Copy-ready drafts arrive in their own bubble — a text, email reply or caption Sabi writes for you now comes as its own message: no intro, no quotes, no question inside it. Press and hold, copy. Two captions come as two bubbles. Two tickets.
    • Straight answers about where messages go — web chat replies stay on the web and texts stay in Messages; Sabi no longer promises a web session will show up in your texts. And a web-only customer asking "how do I text you?" gets the real number, not "save this number".
    • No double reminders, no stray marks — a delivery recheck was re-sending reminders your phone hadn't confirmed yet, and a glitch in Sabi's "checking now" note sent a lone ") as a text. Both gone.
    • Greetings and dates, right — an account name starting with "Dr." was greeted as "Hi Dr.,"; it's now Dr. and your surname. A "today's sends" notice written Friday evening and delivered Saturday morning now says Friday.
    • Those feedback links, explained — when Sabi sends you a link after you report something, she now says it's the status page for that report, and that you can simply ask her "what's the status of my bug fixes?"

    📱 Mobile & Signing In

    • Sign-in works on older iPhones again — after an October update, meetsabi.com stopped responding on iPhones running iOS 16: no code, no error, grey buttons. Two fixes restored it, and a failed code send now shows a plain "we couldn't send a code to that number" instead of a raw error.
    • Android app — the welcome video plays natively, you can sign in with your phone number or email, and the app says so when a device can't send texts. Scanning a Sabi QR code at an event now opens a text to Sabi on Android, not only on iPhone. Get the app: Google Play · App Store.

    🎓 Challenge, Learn & Community

    • Challenge pages do more — the Do More With Less training pages (Day 1 to Day 4) now play the session inline, have one-tap copy for every prompt, a Send to Sabi button that hands a prompt straight to her, and a Day 2 worksheet that assembles your Dream Week prompt from your answers. A link like meetsabi.com/tasks?template=… now opens exactly that task template.
    • Replays got a real page — events, replays and tutorials open on a full page instead of a pop-up, with the session description, resources button, attachments and a downloadable transcript. The upcoming-event card now sits at the top of Community too.
    • Learn works on iPhone — the AI Certification 2.0 capstone link wasn't tappable on iPhone, and the challenge workbook showed "content not supported" instead of a Download button. Both fixed.

    💳 Billing

    • One Pro subscription, ever — if a renewal payment failed and you bought Pro again on a new card, the old subscription kept retrying and you could be charged twice. That's closed off, and a failed payment now takes you straight to updating your card.
    • Pricing — Sabi Pro is $195 a month. The Founding Member deal is back at $795 for six months through Friday, October 30, then $995. Existing subscribers keep what they bought.

    🛡️ Reliability Behind the Scenes

    • Night Shift and Day Shift lost one night — late Tuesday the provider behind them stopped offering the privacy guarantee we require, and every overnight run failed. They moved to a new model with a backup, and are back as of this morning's release.
    • Busy jobs no longer collapse — an inbox search across three mailboxes could gather so much text that the run died with "I couldn't search your inboxes". Sabi now trims the oldest results as she goes. When one of her own requests comes out malformed, she gets a precise error and corrects it instead of retrying the same mistake for six minutes.
    • Security and privacy — two security patches were applied the day they were published, a penetration test's findings were fixed, connected-app credentials that had been kept in conversation logs are now scrubbed out, and the status page stopped loading fonts from Google.
    • Faster, lighter site — the challenge landing page paints in about 60% of the time on a phone, and the cookie banner is a small corner card that waits until you've scrolled.

Questions or something not working the way you'd expect? Just tell Sabi — every piece of feedback lands on our board and gets looked at quickly.
