Another packed week: 34 updates shipped and 74 customer-reported issues resolved. Here's everything, in plain English.

    📊 The Week in Numbers

    • 34 updates shipped to production
    • 74 support tickets resolved
    • Plus a new automated weekly "State of the Customer" report, so this kind of recap now writes itself every Sunday

📱 Connecting on Mobile Finally Just Works

    • Connecting apps on iPhone is fixed — tapping Connect on Gmail (and others) used to dead-end on a blank white page for many mobile users. This one fix resolved a group of 9 tickets from 14 customers.
    • Texted links can be tapped more than once — magic links now work for 24 hours instead of dying after a single tap and dumping you on the wrong page.
    • Links actually arrive — connect and billing links texted to you now retry if the message network hiccups, and Sabi tells you honestly if a link couldn't be delivered instead of claiming it was sent.
    • Android pairing works — the 6-digit pairing code now shows up for everyone, including customers who already had a chat history, with clear paths to it from the dashboard.

    📅 Calendars See Everything Now

    • All your Google calendars, not just the main one — shared calendars, work calendars, and sub-calendars are now visible to Sabi and can be targeted directly. (A follow-up fix the same week made sure reads and writes kept working too.)
    • One Google Calendar tile, not two — a duplicate Google Calendar option was removed from the Connections page.

🔌 New Apps You Can Connect

    • Google Drive — nine customers asked for it; it's now available to everyone.
    • OneDrive — Microsoft file storage is live; OneNote shows as coming soon and will switch on automatically once ready.
    • Skimmer — pool-business customers can now look up their customers, service locations, work orders, and invoices.
    • Apple Health now honestly shows as "coming soon" instead of appearing connectable when it wasn't.

🧠 A More Honest, More Capable Assistant

    • Google Docs can really be renamed — Sabi used to say it renamed a doc when it couldn't. Now it actually can, and if Google refuses, you hear about it instead of a confident "done." It also creates a new doc for a new day instead of overwriting yesterday's.
    • Spreadsheet writes stopped failing — several behind-the-scenes bugs made Sabi's own Google Sheets requests malformed; those are fixed.
    • Slack sweeps see every channel — "who's waiting on me?" now checks all your channels, private channels, and group DMs, not just places you were tagged.
    • Zoom transcripts on demand — ask Sabi for a past meeting's transcript or replay link right in conversation.
    • Sabi can read text inside images — nutrition panels, ingredient lists, and spec sheets on product pages no longer stump it.
    • "Done" actually closes reminders — replying "done" to a reminder now stops the right reminder, instead of Sabi saying "got it!" while the reminder keeps firing.
    • No more false security scares — Sabi now recognizes its own scheduled messages, so it no longer tells customers their thread "might be compromised" about texts it sent itself.

    ⏰ Scheduled Tasks & Reminders

    • Tasks created in web chat now deliver — they used to run silently every day without ever texting you the result. Now they arrive in your iMessage thread like any other task.
    • The only silent task is one you asked to be silent.

    💳 Billing & Referrals

    • A referral program — every Sabi Pro customer gets a shareable link: the invited friend gets a free month of Pro instantly (no card), and the referrer earns a $95 credit.
    • A clear upgrade page — free customers see their trial status, the monthly savings deal, and the Founding Member bundle in one place, and texting Sabi about upgrading sends a tap-to-sign-in link straight there.
    • A demo video on the welcome page — new visitors see what texting Sabi is like before their first message.

    🛡️ Reliability Behind the Scenes

    • Outages get caught by alarms, not by customers — a new deep health check watches the AI layer itself (including credit balances), so problems surface before someone has to text Sabi to find out it's down.
    • Deploys unblocked and memory issues fixed — a build failure and two memory leaks that could slow or crash the app are resolved; nightly cleanup jobs can no longer take the app down with them.
    • Scheduled jobs can't jam each other anymore — long overnight jobs no longer delay the every-minute scheduler that powers your reminders.
    • A sweep of small crash fixes — including one that could break the feedback board and a few that tripped up task management.

Questions or something not working the way you'd expect? Just tell Sabi — every piece of feedback lands on our board and gets looked at quickly.
