Absolutely. If you can text, you can use Sabi. We designed her to be stupid simple. You'll never need an API key or to do any "vibe coding".

Where is my data stored and who can see it?

Your data lives in secure, encrypted storage and is only used to run your assistant.

Do you train AI models on my business data?

No. Your data is not used to train any public AI model. It only powers your private assistant.

Is Sabi secure and privacy compliant?

Yes. We follow modern security best practices, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and align with GDPR and CCPA expectations. Enterprise level certifications are in progress.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export it on the way out, and we delete it on request. No hostage situations.

Where to find your server names:

On your iPhone: if your email already works in the Mail app, go to Settings, then Apps, then Mail, then Mail Accounts. Tap your account, then tap your email address. Copy the Host Name under Incoming Mail Server (IMAP server) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP server).
In Outlook on a computer: go to File, then Account Settings, then Server Settings. Copy the Server under Incoming mail and Outgoing mail.
Look it up: type your email address into Apple's mail settings lookup.
Ask your email company: search "your email company IMAP settings", or ask whoever set up your email.

If it doesn't connect

It says the password is wrong. For Yahoo, AOL, Verizon and AT&T, your normal password won't work. Use the code from step 2.
It says ENOTFOUND. The server name has a typo. Copy it again from above.
