Our biggest week ever: a new iPhone app, real PDFs, social posting that actually posts, reminders that actually arrive — 109 updates shipped and 247 customer-reported issues resolved. Here's everything, in plain English.

    📊 The Week in Numbers

    • 109 updates shipped to production — more than the previous four weeks combined
    • 247 support tickets resolved, a new record
    • Google Docs, Drive and Sheets fixes alone closed more than 20 tickets

    📱 Sabi on Your iPhone

    • A real chat in the Sabi app — the iPhone app (version 1.2.0) now opens straight into chat: fast streamed replies, a Talk button, photos, and a "Share to Sabi" option from any other app on your phone. It should feel like web chat and Messages had a baby.

    📣 Posting to Social Media

    • Post your Library images to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X — asking Sabi to post an ad she just made, or a photo you uploaded, failed every time. It works now, including resizing for Instagram's picky formats.
    • "Post it" means post it — Facebook and Instagram posts kept coming back as drafts asking for approval, sometimes went to the wrong Page, and Sabi occasionally said "it's live" when nothing posted. All three fixed. Scheduled posts now post on schedule.
    • Connected Facebook but no Page? — Sabi now sends a reconnect link that tells you to tick the Page, instead of failing quietly.
    • LinkedIn company pages — Sabi can post to the company pages you manage, and tells you honestly when LinkedIn won't let her.
    • Carousels — every slide in a carousel goes through Sabi's designer, so the set looks like a set.

    📄 Documents, Sheets & PDFs

    • Sabi makes real PDFs — ask for a lead magnet, brochure or report and you used to get raw code in the chat, or "attached!" with nothing attached. 11 tickets. Sabi now produces an actual PDF file.
    • Google Docs and Drive, unblocked — the biggest cluster of Pro-customer tickets. Sabi was refusing to write a Doc whenever you mentioned another app in the same breath ("pull it from Gmail and put it in a Doc"), couldn't read long documents, missed strikethrough, and fumbled Drive searches. All fixed.
    • Sharing a Doc shares it with the person you named — not "anyone with the link" unless you ask for that.
    • New Google Sheets reach you the first time — Sabi was creating the sheet, then telling you it failed and making another one. You now get the link right away.
    • Big spreadsheets, read and written in full — large sheets came back cut off without warning, and wide writes (one customer's 92-order, 48-column tracker) never finished. Sabi now reads in pieces and tells you exactly what she couldn't get, writes big grids in batches, and never fills in numbers she didn't read.
    • Sheets housekeeping — move a column, merge one tab into another, append to a sorted priority list and keep it sorted, and if a sheet lives in your other Google account, Sabi tries that one too.
    • Word documents on OneDrive are real .docx files — not plain text with a .docx name.

    ⏰ Reminders & Scheduled Tasks

    • Daily reminders survive "done" — replying "took it" to a daily reminder was quietly ending the whole series. About 90 recurring tasks had died this way since early September. A reply now completes today's run only.
    • "Remind me 3 days before each bill" sets reminders — that request was going to your calendar as alerts, with no actual reminder from Sabi. It now creates real reminders that text you.
    • A reminder at a stated time gets set — "remind me at 9pm" was sometimes saved as a draft while Sabi said "Set!" Fixed, and if she needs to check something first she asks instead.
    • If you're paused, you'll hear why — if your texts were paused (after a STOP), scheduled tasks ran but nothing reached you, and Sabi wrongly said they never ran. Replying START now reliably turns texts back on, and your task page shows skipped runs.
    • Scheduled runs stick to their brief — a morning briefing that fired mid-conversation could pick up and redo whatever you'd been asking in chat. Runs now answer only their own job.
    • Cancel means cancel only when you say so — if Sabi asks "ready to cancel those tasks?" and you reply about something else, nothing gets cancelled.
    • Watches stay quiet when there's nothing new, and speak up when they can't check — no more "nothing to report yet" texts, but you do get told if a mailbox or page couldn't be reached.
    • Night Shift got smarter — the overnight digest now knows what it already told you, closes out stale threads, and leads with what's new. A new Day Shift quietly files new emails, recordings and meeting notes through the day so your morning check-in is ready. Sabi Pro.

    ✉️ Email

    • Attachments actually attach — Gmail sends "with the file attached" were going out without it while Sabi said it was attached. Fixed. Your saved signature's "(Your logo)" slot no longer goes out as literal text, iCloud mail now shows up in your Sent folder, and Sabi checks every inbox you've connected.
    • Emails to yourself send — notes to your own inbox and daily briefs you'd already approved were getting held as drafts. They go straight out now.
    • Outlook folders inside your Inbox — Sabi could only see your top-level folders, so mail you'd filed looked missing. She can open them now.
    • Reconnecting iCloud works — re-entering an app-specific password used to hit a "duplicate" error on our side.
    • Send a draft by name — "send that draft" sends the draft you meant.

    💬 Chat, Photos & Files

    • Paste a screenshot into web chat — Ctrl+V / Cmd+V a screenshot straight into the message box. Five of you asked.
    • The images you never saw — Sabi said "here it is" and nothing appeared, sometimes six times in a row. On web chat the image was made but not shown until you reloaded; on iMessage a messy filename could block it. Both fixed.
    • Photos you send stay in your Library — send a selfie or floor plan once and ask Sabi to use it later as a reference for a poster, redesign or cover.
    • Photos that crashed Sabi don't anymore — some iPhone photos caused "could not process image". Every photo is now cleaned up before Sabi looks at it.
    • Videos and odd files get an answer — sending a video on its own got silence. Sabi now says she can't watch videos yet and asks for a screenshot or a description. Garbled PDFs are flagged instead of read back as nonsense.
    • "Report a bug" moved — on phones it sat right on top of the Send arrow. It now lives in your account menu.
    • Talk to Sabi mid-task — a message sent while Sabi was deep in a long job used to bounce back as "busy". It now waits its turn and gets answered.
    • Small fixes — more than 5 images in one message no longer blocks Send, and support-ticket comments no longer show up in your chat.

    🔌 Connections

    • Slack — Sabi can reply inside a thread instead of starting a new post, and @mentions land as real mentions.
    • Zoom — "this week's transcript" pulls this week's, not an old one from your Library. Long recording lists come back in full (all 53, not 4).
    • HighLevel (and RainFlow) — three fixes for our HighLevel users this week:
      • Updates actually save. Asking Sabi to move an opportunity to a new stage, close it, or block time on your calendar came back as "done" while HighLevel showed nothing changed (or Sabi said she couldn't). The request was going out without its details. Every update now carries them, and if there's nothing to send Sabi stops and asks instead of pretending.
      • Appointments finally come back. "What's on my calendar tomorrow?" had returned zero appointments for every HighLevel customer — around 2,500 lookups, never a result. Sabi was asking in a format HighLevel quietly ignores. Fixed, and when you don't name a calendar she checks every calendar in your account.
      • Full pipeline, not the first page. "List my opportunities" showed 8 of 25 as if that were all of them. Sabi now keeps reading until she has the whole list.
      • If you connected HighLevel before late September, Sabi will ask you to reconnect once so you get the new version.
    • QuickBooks — edits, deletes and finance questions reach QuickBooks instead of failing or getting sent to the wrong helper.
    • Mailchimp and Airtable — Mailchimp campaigns and tag audiences work and no longer run out of steam mid-job; big Airtable batch writes finish.
    • Higgsfield image and video generation works again — 78 of 79 requests since August had failed on our side, not your credits.
    • Calendars show your local time — iCloud (and Google) events were reaching Sabi in the wrong time zone, so a morning rundown could be hours off. Fixed.
    • Real estate (Sabi Pro) — ask about any property, pull comps and listings, set alerts, and connect Follow Up Boss.
    • Mobile reconnects save — reconnecting an app from your phone no longer loses the connection on the way back.

    🧠 A More Honest Assistant

    • Your rules are all remembered — only your six newest "never do X" rules were reaching Sabi; older ones were silently dropped. Every live rule now counts, and the most relevant ones come first.
    • "Done" in a connected app reaches that app — telling Sabi you finished a task that lives in another app updates it there, instead of "task not found".
    • Sabi admits when a read came back short — if she only got part of a document or list, she says so instead of presenting it as the whole thing.
    • Content filter? She tells you — a rejected request gets a plain "try rephrasing" instead of a crash.

    🛡️ Reliability Behind the Scenes

    • Memory recall stopped timing out — on long requests, Sabi's memory search was hitting a time limit and replying without your context. This was 90% of our error volume, affecting over 100 customers a week. Fixed.
    • Fewer wrong "that didn't finish" messages — a new safety check was flagging correct answers as incomplete. Tuned.
    • Website and privacy — a ticket link opened in a browser signed into someone else's Sabi account can no longer show that account's tickets, and our blog is finally properly listed with Google.

Questions or something not working the way you'd expect? Just tell Sabi — every piece of feedback lands on our board and gets looked at quickly.
