Saner.AI is an ADHD-friendly app that pulls your notes, tasks, email, and calendar into one place, and Sabi is an AI executive assistant you text so the work gets done for you. In Sabi vs Saner, the real choice is whether you want a better place to organize or someone to delegate to. This comparison covers price, actions, integrations, and support as of September 2026.

What is the difference between Sabi and Saner.AI?

Saner.AI helps you organize and plan; Sabi takes tasks off your plate and does them in your tools.

Saner's home page calls it an "AI Personal Assistant for ADHDers" and "an AI for your emails, notes and todo list." Its assistant, Skai, turns emails and brain dumps into tasks and builds a daily plan from your notes, calendar, and inbox. One of its co-founders has ADHD, and the product came out of his own search for something that worked.

Sabi works the other way around. We built her for non-technical business owners who don't want to learn another AI tool. You text her "reply to Dana, book the call for Thursday, and remind me Friday to chase the invoice," and she does all three. There's no workspace to keep tidy, no builder, and no prompt engineering.

Saner.AI is a notes-and-tasks workspace with an AI planner inside it; Sabi is an AI executive assistant who acts in 200+ business tools when you text her.

How much do Sabi and Saner.AI cost?

Saner AI pricing runs $0 to $20 per month; Sabi retails at $295 per month because she replaces admin hours, not a notes app; a founding member special running now brings Sabi's price down significantly.

Both cost a fraction of a US executive assistant at $84K to $144K a year. Saner's numbers come from its pricing page as of September 2026, where the site still describes the product as a beta with "significant discount for early adopters."

Saner.AI costs $8 to $20 a month to organize your work; Sabi costs $295 a month to do the work, and a founding member special running now brings that down significantly.

Does Saner.AI do tasks for you, or help you plan them?

Saner.AI plans; it doesn't act outside its own app. Its help article on what Skai can and can't do yet says Skai cannot "Send emails or messages via third-party tools" and "operates only within the Saner.ai workspace."

The Gmail connector is read-only: it syncs email into notes every 30 minutes, and you can ask questions about it, but it can't reply or send. Google Calendar is the exception, with two-way sync so tasks can become events, per the connectors overview.

Sabi reads the same inbox and then acts: she drafts or sends the reply, books the meeting with someone outside your company, updates the deal in HubSpot, and texts you when it's done. You can set approval rules for anything you want to sign off first. See how Sabi handles your inbox.

Saner's Skai is read-and-plan by design and cannot send email through other tools; Sabi sends the email, books the meeting, and updates the CRM from one text.

What about business owners with ADHD?

Plenty of business owners have ADHD, and Saner deserves credit for designing around it: fewer screens, one place for everything, and an assistant that surfaces what you forgot. Saner's own FAQ says it's for anyone, "I don't have ADHD. Can I use this? Yes!"

The trade-off is that any workspace still asks you to show up and sort it. Some owners find a text thread easier to keep up: one sentence out, done work back. No tool is a treatment for anything. Pick the one you'll still use on your busiest, most scattered day.

For an owner who loses track of tasks, Saner.AI makes the list easier to manage, and Sabi makes the list shorter.

What tools does each one connect to?

Sabi connects to 200+ tools with read-and-write access; Saner.AI lists six connectors, mostly read, plus imports.

What do you get with Sabi besides the software?

With Sabi you get people and playbooks: a human on every ticket, unlimited credits on Pro, a private community, weekly calls with the founders, courses, and connections we build for you. Saner offers a help center, a Discord community, email at [email protected], and founders support on its Standard plan.

Text-based AI assistants are getting common. What sets Sabi apart is the layer around her:

    • AI-human hybrid. The AI does the work, and real people stand behind her. A human touches every support ticket, and Sabi texts you when someone picks it up and again when it's fixed.
    • Unlimited credits. Sabi Pro is one of the only unlimited credit options. Put her to work as much as you want, with no usage caps, where Saner meters AI messages on its lower plans and charges per token for outside models.
    • A private community. A network of business owners and entrepreneurs using AI in your industry.
    • High-level consulting. Pro members get weekly live calls with founders Stephen Diaz and Bruce van Zyl, real humans who know you by name.
    • Step-by-step courses. AI Certification 1.0 and 2.0 (sold for $1,000+ on their own), plus AI trainings built for your industry. Pro members can invite their team to the live team trainings. Trying Sabi free includes the 1st AI Hire Challenge, a 4-day live training where we give away what most AI gurus charge four to five figures for.

Connections get built for you too. One owner who runs a pool service company needed Sabi to work with Skimmer, a specialized software pool companies use, so we built it.

The playbooks matter as well: the team behind Sabi has $55M+ in online sales, and its sales scripts, ads, video scripts, and social skills are built into how she works. Your data is never sold or used to train AI, and you can download a copy any time.

Saner.AI gives you an app and a help center; Sabi gives you an AI-human hybrid with unlimited credits, founder calls, a private community, and courses.

Who should pick Saner.AI instead of Sabi?

Pick Saner.AI if you want one calm place to capture ideas, search your notes, and plan your day, and you're happy to do the follow-through yourself. It's free to start, and its search across PDFs, docs, and email is a real strength for researchers and writers.

Pick it too if your main pain is scattered information rather than unsent emails. Saner's folder system, auto-tagging, and imports from Notion, Evernote, Apple Notes, and Obsidian make it a strong Saner AI alternative to those note apps, not to an assistant. Sabi is single-user today and has no notes workspace of her own to browse.

Pick Sabi if your list is full of actions that need doing in other people's inboxes and your own tools. If notes are the smaller part of your problem, look at how Sabi compares to Granola for meetings or Sabi vs Wispr Flow for voice capture.

Saner.AI wins for people who want a calm, cheap place to organize information; Sabi wins for owners who want the resulting tasks done.

Sabi vs Saner: how to choose, step by step

Use the Two-List Test: split one week of to-dos into "things I need to remember" and "things someone needs to do." A long first list points to Saner; a long second list points to Sabi.

    1. Dump every open item for one week. Ideas, emails to answer, calls to book, invoices to chase.

    2. Sort each into Remember or Do. "Idea for the spring offer" is Remember. "Send Dana the proposal" is Do.

    3. Tag each Do item with its app. Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Stripe.

    4. Check who can act there. Saner's Skai stays inside Saner; Sabi acts in 200+ tools.

    5. Price the hours. At $100 an hour, five hours a week of follow-up is $2,000 a month.

    6. Try both cheaply. Saner's Free plan needs no card; Sabi gives free starter credits with no card.

Common mistakes when comparing Sabi and Saner.AI

    • Comparing $8 to $295 as if they do the same job. One organizes your list; the other empties it. Run the Two-List Test before you compare prices.
    • Reading "Proactive AI" as "acts on its own." Saner's proactive updates are daily plans and digests on its home screen. Ask whether a tool sends the email or reminds you to.
    • Assuming "Unlimited" covers every model. Saner's pricing FAQ says GPT, Claude, and Gemini messages are paid per token or through your own API key.
    • Building a system you won't maintain. A beautiful workspace that goes untouched for two weeks helps nobody. Pick the tool that fits how you work on a hard day.
