Yes. Sabi is an AI executive assistant you reach by iMessage or SMS, the same way you text a colleague, and from that thread she sends emails, books meetings and updates your CRM. She also answers in the web chat at meetsabi.com, Slack, Discord and email, and ships as an iPhone app and an Android app.

You send a message, the assistant does the work in your connected tools, and a short text comes back telling you what happened. With Sabi that looks like "Move my 2pm with Dana to Thursday" followed by a one-line confirmation once the calendar changes, or "What needs me today?" followed by a 5-line morning summary: what needs a reply, what to ignore, what is on fire.
Behind the thread, a text-first assistant is a team of specialists for email, calendar, memory, scheduling and research, each holding only the tools for its job, and every tool run is logged.
Sabi works from a single iMessage or SMS thread and replies with a one-line confirmation per calendar change or a 5-line morning summary of your inbox.
Because you already open it. A dashboard asks you to learn its screens and come back; a text arrives where your attention already is. Sabi needs no API key, no prompts to learn and no dashboard to configure, which is why setup takes about 60 seconds.
Text also runs both ways. Sabi comes to you with the Morning Check-in, a one-line brief 10 minutes before a meeting, and follow-ups she has finished, instead of waiting for you to log in and ask.
Sabi sets up in about 60 seconds because the interface is your Messages app: if you can text, you can use Sabi.
Yes. Record a voice memo in the thread while you walk between meetings and Sabi transcribes it with OpenAI Whisper, then acts on it like any typed message. A three-minute ramble about who to follow up with becomes the follow-up tasks themselves.
Sabi transcribes voice memos you text her using OpenAI Whisper and acts on them the same way she acts on typed messages.
Yes. Sabi also works in the web chat at meetsabi.com, in Slack, in Discord and over email, and there is an iPhone app at meetsabi.com/ios and an Android app at meetsabi.com/android. The same Sabi, with the same memory of your business, answers in every one.
One honest limit: approval rules do not cover Slack and Discord messages yet.
Sabi answers in iMessage, SMS, web chat, Slack, Discord and email, with iPhone and Android apps, while approval rules cover everything except Slack and Discord today.
Yes, with the guardrails on. Set an approval rule and a gate written in code, not a prompt the model has to remember, stops Sabi from emailing or texting anyone until you approve each message. Connections use OAuth, so Sabi never sees your email password, and you can revoke her access any time without a support ticket.
Your data lives in the United States on SOC 2 compliant providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and none of the AI providers behind Sabi train on it.
Sabi's approval rule is enforced in code, so nothing she drafts over text goes to a client until you reply yes.
Free starter credits, no credit card, and the whole setup happens in your Messages app.
Both. iMessage users text her from Messages, Android users reach her by SMS, and there are apps for each at meetsabi.com/ios and meetsabi.com/android.
Not yet. Sabi is single-user today and built around one founder; team seats are on the roadmap.
Yes. Sabi answers over email, in the web chat at meetsabi.com, and in Slack and Discord, with the same memory of your business in each channel.
Only if you have no approval rule set. Add one and a code-level gate holds every outbound email or text until you approve it.
