Yes. An AI assistant can schedule a meeting over email by proposing times to the other person, handling the replies, booking the slot on your calendar and texting you a one-line confirmation. Sabi does this on Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, reschedules when plans move, and protects the focus time you tell her to keep.

You text the request, and the assistant takes the email thread from there. Tell Sabi "Find 30 minutes with Priya next week," and she emails Priya with open slots from your calendar, reads the reply, counters if none fit, and books the one that works.
When the change touches your side, such as moving an existing meeting, Sabi proposes the change and waits for your text-back approval before anything is sent. The back and forth happens in email scheduling threads; your decisions stay in one text.
Sabi negotiates meeting times with leads or clients over email and texts you a one-line confirmation for every change she books.
Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365 on the calendar side. For the email negotiation itself, Sabi connects Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365 through OAuth, which means a one-time connect and she never sees your password. Custom IMAP accounts such as Yahoo and AOL also connect.
Sabi books on Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and runs the email side through Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or a custom IMAP account connected by OAuth.
Yes. When a client asks to move, Sabi finds the new slot, updates the invite and tells you in one line. Block mornings for deep work and she offers the other person afternoons instead.
The difference from Reclaim and Motion is who moves first. Those are rules engines that reshuffle your whole day on their own schedule. Sabi only acts when you text her.
Sabi reschedules and protects focus time only when you text her, unlike rules engines such as Reclaim and Motion that reshuffle the whole day.
Not if you set an approval rule. The rule is a gate written in code, not a prompt the model tries to remember, and it stops Sabi from emailing anyone until you approve each message. Without a rule she sends what you ask her to send.
The honest limit: approval rules do not cover Slack or Discord messages yet. How the gate works in detail: Can I make an AI assistant ask before it sends an email?
With an approval rule set, Sabi's code-level gate holds every scheduling email until you reply yes, and that gate covers email and text today but not Slack or Discord.
Ten minutes before the start, Sabi can text you a one-line brief: who you are meeting, what they want, and what you owe them. For a sales call she assembles a fuller brief with recent context, what the person cares about and suggested talking points.
Scheduling that ends at the invite leaves you walking in cold. More on the brief: Can AI prep me for sales calls?
Sabi texts a one-line brief 10 minutes before each meeting she books, covering who you are meeting, what they want and what you owe them.
Free starter credits and no card; connect Google Calendar or Outlook with one tap and let Sabi chase the next time slot.
They are emailing from your connected account, so what they see is a scheduling email in the voice you have taught Sabi. Ask her to learn your brand voice and the drafts will read like you.
About 60 seconds. Text Sabi, connect your calendar and email with one tap each, and make the first request; there is no API key or dashboard to configure.
With an approval rule set, nothing goes out until you text back yes. The client's reply waits in the thread; Sabi drafts the next step and asks you.
Not yet. Sabi is single-user today and books one founder's calendar; team seats are on the roadmap.
